PHP URL Factory: Create and edit URLs altering the its parts

This package can create and edit URLs altering its parts.

It can start with no URL or take a given URL to manipulate using class functions that can add or alter parts of the URL.

Currently, it can:

- Get the edited URL

- Encode and decode the URL that the class can edit

- Return each part of the URL like the domain, sub-domain, protocol scheme, port, fragment, scheme, and URL extension

- Add, remove and use given URL query parameters

- Validate the URL

- Sign the URL

- Etc.
